In our concession, we are known for having both a very high bear density and some very large bears. We harvest only a few old mature bears each year.
Taking mature bears helps keep our moose and caribou numbers in shape.
We have a limited number of bear tags each year. We strongly encourage hunters to book well in advance, as most of our tags are gone prior to the season.
Due to the size of this hunt region, we offer remote tented camps as well as base camp cabins in a variety of locations. Each year, we cut new trails and open areas that have never been hunted before. We estimate that 1/3 of this hunt area has never been hunted, with no trails, air strips, or access.
Grizzly tags are limited each year. Contact us well in advance if you would like to add a grizzly tag to your hunt.
